All of MZ SABLE’S clients in chastity belong to the “Key Holders Club“. As your KEY HOLDER, MZ SABLE will control your access to orgasms, and determine when you may progress from level to level. The top level you may aspire to, Level 8, leaves you in permanent chastity. Those who wish to serve MZ SABLE completely will achieve Level 8 where they will earn the right to beg for a collar.

Level 1
This is your introduction to chastity. You work with MZ SABLE to find the right chastity device for you. Fit and comfort are key to long-term chastity. MZ SABLE will assign you periods of wear and other tasks as SHE deems appropriate, for you to complete which will enable you to progress to the next level.
Level 2
You are now wearing your device for a week at a time. As you please MZ SABLE, she will increase the challenges you have to endure each week. As your tolerance grows, MZ SABLE will determine when you are ready to level up.
Level 3
You are now wearing your cage for 2-weeks at a time. Rewards and punishments during this period will reflect the level of generous devotion you have in your service to MZ SABLE.
Level 4
You are caged for a month at a time at Level 4, and you are earning rewards and punishments commensurate with a generous devoted servant to MZ SABLE. Your tasks and challenges are more evolved and you are becoming well trained to please your MISTRESS.
Level 5
At Level 5, you are 3-months in the cage before MZ SABLE might allow you to have an orgasm. Your tasks, rewards and punishments reflect the level of generous devotion you are demonstrating.
Level 6
A true servant, you are in chastity for 6-month stretches. Your cage will likely need to be refit by this time. MZ SABLE will work with you to select the right sized cage to allow you to be in long-term chastity. In addition, your service, tasks, rewards and punishments will reflect your generous devotion and service.
Level 7
By this time, you are deeply committed to serving MZ SABLE in chastity. You are devoted to HER and look forward to the tasks and duties SHE awards you. All of your service reflects the deep generous devotion you have to your KEYHOLDER. Level 7 members of the Key Holders Club spend a year in chastity, and, as in all cases, only come out of chastity for medical reasons.
Level 8
This is your goal. Permanent chastity to MZ SABLE. Obviously, by this time your life has changed, and you now desire to be owned by MZ SABLE. As a sub in permanent chastity, you may petition MZ SABLE requesting that she take ownership by collaring you. Understand that it is up to MZ SABLE to choose to lock you in a collar or not. Level 8 Key Holders Club members do not automatically earn a collar, instead you earn the right to petition HER for a collar.
